I need lawyer advice!!!!!!!!?
My mother in law doesn't like me and always makes it a competetion between my family and hers and we moved in with my mom to save money to buy our own house the house we lived in wasnt perfect for a baby and the way she is acting we told her that she can't see our daughter until she stops and acts like a human being. She calls me horrid names and if you have seen the movie monster in law with jennifer lopez its worse than that... now she is threatening to call childrens services on us and get my husband her son for incompatance because he never followed up with the military for post dramatic stress... from being in iraq he is completely fine doesn't want to harm himself or others trust me guess question is can she do this and does she REALLY have rights to see her grandchild... she calles and curses us out daily ..would u want your daughter around that ? she doesn't technically call she sends text messages and i have told her to stop and leave us alone i have all of them saved would that work just the same? my husband has told her to leave us alone she jsut doesn't listen... last message was you son of a B i dont know who u think u are or who u think you married but keep your fing wife and fing kid away from me i am done .... would that work for anything??? there is no reason for them to take my baby but y start something that doesn't need to be started ... for babies sake she doesnt need thishow exactly will they make things difficult i have nothing to hide just want to prepare myself for whats ahead. We live at my moms she had a 4 bedroom the baby has her own room had a bed time is on schedule goes to dr regulary gets bathed loved fed we dont smoke in the house or around her i am a stay at home mom my husband works nights i dont have post partum or anything... baby is 6 weeks old and we are all happy except for the MONSTER of a mother in law

Would like to get a lawyer advice?
I am going to try my best to explain want going on. I am in state of ohio. I met a guy. We were kinda of dating. I was helping him out and so he owns me money. He says he going to pay me back. My question is. My mom and me had a fight last weekend in August. My mom never met him. My mom has said things about him just two things. I told him. It stress him out which I don't know if it true.Can he sue my mother because of two things she said about him isn't true and that my mother never met him. I need to know the truth since I am stressing out. It would cause me and my mom to have another fight and I can't do that. Can he sue my mother because of stress. And there other reason why he in stress. If he can then I am getting myself a lawyer to sue him has well because he caused me stress.

Important lawyer advice needed?
I have a story and was wondering if I could take legal action, all informaton is appreciated 3 years ago my closest friend to me gave me a marijuana brownie unbeknownst to me. He claimed his sister was baking some and gave me extras I knew him for my whole life, best friends, close family friends, this was not out of the ordinary . Because I did not know and had a violent allergic reaction I ended up in the hospital assuming I was going to die. Because of that event I suffered from PTSD confirmed by a psychologist . I never took legal action because I didn't think there was a proper course, but now 3 years later the bills for a therapist are adding up, and I am seeing the affect the PTSD is having on my life, school, jobs, and relationships. The result of that incident has hindered the quality of my life to a great extent and I believe I should be entitled to a monetary compensation for the bills, and problems I have in various areas of life due to his actions.I will be checking this frequently and will update if more info is needed, but all help again is appreciatedI have proof he gave it to me without my knowledge from facebook messages he sent to me. He also admitted it to numerous people. He would no doubt lie in a court of law their is too much evidence.Also is there a way to fight the statute of limitations on it?And one more thing what kind of suit would this be?

I need a lawyer advice i was charged for something i didnt autorize I fille a claim with the bank and they din?
I say in a hotel In NY where I was working at the time.I quit the job,pay for the rooms mine and some of my colleagues I cheked out making sure at front desck they take out my card from file.After a month I was charged inexplicable $760.00 i called they coudnt explain so i filled a claim with the bank.They find nothing rong.The hotel answer that another man from the team i was in stayed there and he had not have sufficient funds on the credit card so they charged mine " because somebody has to pay they said .Well,i didnt autorize thet transaction I dodnt even know whet that man is now or WHY shoud i pay for his stay there??wats with all this I cant belive what tey say.Is there anithing I can do> ?since the bank in not helping???I need a lawyer advice,shoud I sue the hotel?where shoud I go???Thanks

my hubby got suspened yesterday adn fired today for somothing that happened ov 10 months ago and was a joke and everyone including accusing person laughed and joked about it but as of yesterday she felt like it was threatening. do we have a a claim against his job also while he was on suspension i called and left a message that this lady had been harrassing my husband for 2 years and she has the balls to say she is afraid of him, even though my hubby didnt report it himself does it still count and do we have a claim for sexual harrassment

The client is Nick who is the caretaker of a church owned parcel of land known as Cross Park. Cross Park has a giant cross which can be seen from miles away and is greatly appreciated by the townspeople. The park is located next to a store that has threatened to leave because of lack of ample parking space. The church has fallen on hard times mostly because the town refused to provide the parochial schools with buses, text books and sport facilities. Nick was upset at the prospect of losing his job and started attending the town council meeting to protest the lack of aid to schools. When trying to speak, he was limited to only speaking for one minute. After attending several meetings and only being allowed a minute or two to speak, he decided protest. Nick demanded his right to free speech. He refused to sit down or shut up, so he was forcefully removed from the meetings. When he attended the next meeting, he was denied the right to speak on the basis that what he had to say was already heard and was a waste of time. Nick ultimately took his speech to the front steps of town hall with his loudspeakers. He addressed people coming in and out of the meetings and other church members decided to join too.The council had told Nick that he was unable to do that unless it was at a public park located 200 yards away.It was an election year and Nick started a new attack. He was successful in having the church take up one collection every Sunday to donate to candidatess in favor of aid to parochial schools. He used the money to printpolitical literature calling the council members " fascistss, devil worshipers, and liars" . When the council found about the literature, filled with obvious lies, it went to court to stop the distribution of the literature.I am responsible for taking the side of Nick and the church. Was his freedom of speech violated? What can I say to argue for this case?Any professional help isimmenselyy appreciated.

I need a lawyers advice?
I recently had a baby, my soon to be ex husband has denied that he is the father, but is, and is not supporting me or the baby. There is some else in the picture, who is not the father, whom wants to put his name on the birth certificate as the father. My daughter is almost 2 months old, any changes made to the certificate are allowed until the age of 1 in the State of New Mexico. Can I legally put this other persons name as the father on the certificate if my soon to be ex husband is denying the child.Keep in mind in the State of New Mexico you have to be there when the child is born to get your name on the certificate and sign it. My husband was not there and is not willing to put his name there as the father.

Lawyer advice and how much should i be getting charged to hire one ?
My father is a truck driver and he had a CDL license and he was recently involved in a accident with a school bus where he barely scraped it no real big damages where done, but when cops where investigating they found other things out of order with my father drivers daily log and was cited for that and other minor things, he is not from this country but he has residency, and his license is currently suspended and he was charged with, a unsafe load, the ticket for that was 245$ and he was given a ticket for not being able to communicate in English which was another 245$ he was also charged with false record of duty status and charge 530$. And what i wanted to know was, how much should i expect a lawyer to charge me for his services concerning my fathers problems? or a good estimate.

Kind of a lengthy question but please, I really need help. Ive been sick to my stomach with stress and I need a little relief. Im calling official lawyers on Monday, but thats too far away for me atm.I moved from California to Wisconsin to live in with a boyfriend on July 13 .. on August 20 I was admitted to a hospital for 8 days. At the time I had no job, no income, nothing. When we were in the hospital I filled out a form stating basically I was broke and owed $15000 in student loans. My boyfriend signed a paper saying he provided my food and housing until I found work, and provided a check stub. They said it was just to make sure I wasnt living with a millionaire.After about 2 wks of coming home, I started to get bills. Overal, I owe $47,000 in medical bills no insurance. Basically with the job I just got, and the bills I pay to live help out the home with my boyfriend, I can only afford $20 a month to each different bill without being completely flat broke.My boyfriend however is very scared that he will be responsible for my bills if I cant pay them, to the point hes thinking I should move out. What I want to know is can he be legally responsible for MY unpaid debts because were living together? Were not married, dont intend to be married, nothing of the sort. But he is afraid that they will go after him, and possibly reposes a house he bought last year.I consoled him that IF they came after him, that I would immediately file for bankruptcy, even though I'm only 21 years old ..So my second question is, if I have to, is over 50,000 dollars of debt with med bills and school bills combined enough to get a bankrupcty going? I have no assets, and I only make $1,000 a month at a temporary job.Thanks.

I need a lawyers advice,, in 2006 i was charged with two MIP's back to back, I went to court and was placed on
a two year probation, It was however to far for me to travel. so I violated my probation, now it is 2 yrs later I am pregnant and my bond is set for 10 % of 20,000. should I rite a letter to the courts? what should I do to clear this up?

OK this is the situation... My dad's side of the family is loaded and and my dad's mother and aunts and uncle passed away in the passed few yrs but my dad's side of the family are swindling greedy theifs that are in charge of the Wills and we don't talk to them at all cause of how they are. But They are trying to screw us over being in these Will's with the lying lawyer also trying to screw us too.. Their lawyer lied to us saying that we weren't getting anymore money but my mom, brother, and I are entitle to alot of money. My dad passed away last yr so things are harder for us to get this settled since we have no one to turn too.There lawyer called us and lied and said we had to sign some type of papers to say that we received this other amount of money that we actually did but no more money was coming about and told my brother a whole different side of the story. So we dug a lil more into it and found that the lawyer is trying to swindle us out too. But we found out from my estranged brother that we had tons of more money coming our way but my dads side is trying to cut us out even though we are on the will.. SO what do we do .. What kind of lawyer do I get to fight there lying lawyer and themselves... So we didn't sign the papers so now what do we do if we didn't .. What happens on there part.. What's the next proceeding... HELP> > > The money is in the pot.. They were loaded...

I need a lawyer...advice?
My daughter is 33 yrs. old. Her father was ordered to pay support just before her 18th b'day. He was ordered to pay the state over $12,000 and he was supposed to pay me $7,000. This was in 1993. As of today, I have received about $500 of this debt. I just figured all these years he never paid the support and the state was taking his income tax every year to cover his debt to them. To make a long story short, I received a letter from the state stating that he has paid me over $4,000 Attached to this letter was six pages of checks that they sent me...a total of 74 checks. I contacted the state and they said they would check on it. I told them I wanted a copy of every one of those checks because I never received them, never signed them and never cashed them. They said give them a couple of weeks to check it. Someone has stolen this money. The state says maybe they sent it to the wrong person or they were " lost in the system" . I think there's an embezzler up there helping themselves. Should I contact a lawyer? Can I sue the state for my money plus interest?
